Everyday Noesis offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used to subscribe;
• Or contact our support team at support@everydaynoesis.com and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refund eligibility

The 30-day refund window applies to subscription payments. If you cancel your subscription after the refund period, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Processing time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
