Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions are between you and Everyday Noesis ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the Everyday Noesis service. By signing up, subscribing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. What we provide

Everyday Noesis is an AI-powered personal operating system that delivers a daily morning briefing, journal synthesis, and prompts grounded in your vision, values, goals, and recent thinking. Access is provided on a subscription basis after a free trial period.

3. Account & credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Everyday Noesis for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Uploading or generating illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service;
  • Using automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access the service;
  • Infringing intellectual property rights of Everyday Noesis or any third party.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by Everyday Noesis remain our property or the property of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription.

You retain ownership of the content you input (journal entries, documents, profile information). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs without notice.

7. Payments, subscriptions & cancellations

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our online reseller, Paddle.com. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Order process: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date. For full payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. AI-generated content

Everyday Noesis uses artificial intelligence to generate briefings, syntheses, and prompts. You are responsible for your inputs and how you use the outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) without independent verification. We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove content that violates our acceptable use policy.

9. Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or create a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Noesis shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everyday Noesis from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or within the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
